Club AGM & Christmas Lunch

Our AGM and Christmas Lunch will take place at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre, East Kirkby, with the NAAFI providing a welcoming base for the day.

Arrive from 10am for light refreshments and a catch‑up. The AGM begins at 10:30am, followed by Christmas Lunch at 12.30pm. Members are welcome to attend the AGM, the lunch, or both. Attendance at the AGM is free.

Lunch is £20 per head, or £30 if you’d like museum entry included. We have a private room reserved for lunch, and menu choices will be requested ahead of the event.

Space is limited, so early RSVPs are recommended. Payment for lunch is required before the event, either by bank transfer or via a payment link that will be shared with attendees.

Main Course

Roast Lincolnshire turkey with pigs in blankets, stuffing, roast gravy and cranberry sauce served with roast potatoes and parsnips, brussel sprouts, carrots and braised red cabbage.

Traditional Christmas pudding with custard
